This directory contains TRACERS Level 1B data.  Level 1B files:

   * Provide calibrated time coordinates
   * Provide location coordinates in the IAU_EARTH frame
   * Provide data as floating point values in the spacecraft frame
   * Where applicable, provide field vectors despun into TSS.
   * Where applicable, provide velocity bins despun into TSS.
   
Relavent frames are:
  IAU_EARTH - A body fixed frame that rotates as the Earth rotates.
  
  TSS (TRACERS Sun Synchronous Coordinates) - A frame defined by
    the Tracers -> Sun vector and the velocity vector.  This frame
    is mostly inertial, rotating once per year.
