        TRACERS 2 Magnetic Search Coil (MSC), Waveform data. This dataset
        consists of time series sweeps of the 3-axis search coil. Each sweep
        provides 1024 evenly spaced values sampled at 2048 Hz, thus the time
        duration of each sweep is 0.5 s. Each record in the file is a complete
        sweep. In the Region of Interest ROI) sweeps are spaced at 0.5 s and
        thus provide continuous data. If TRACERS is in Back Orbit (BOR) mode
        sweeps are sparsely spaced at 64.0 s apart for a 1/128th duty cycle.

        The 3-axis search coil data are provided in the body fixed TRACERS
        Spacecraft Coordinate System (TSCS) and Field-Aligned Coordinates (FAC).
        All MSC data are calibrated in amplitude using the gain at 100 Hz. No
        phase calibration is applied to the L2 files.

        To obtain an amplitude and phase calibration over frequency, preform
        a fully complex Discrete Fourier Tansform (DFT) and apply the dimensionless
        complex calibration coefficients in table ts2_msc_calibration or 
        ts2_msc_calibration. If a fully calibrated waveform is desired, then take
        the complex inverse transform. If your DFT is greater than 16384 points,
        interpolate between points in the calibration table. If fewer are to be
        transformed, then the calibration table can be sub-sampled to accommodate
        a shorter dataset.
