      <Description>The Spin-plane electric field vector, measured by the Electric Fields Instrument (EFI), in the TRACERS spinning frame (TSCS) is sampled.  The sampling rate is 2048 samples/s. The sampling rate is the same in both Back Orbit (BOR) and Region of Interest (ROI), but the cadence of one 1024 contiguous set of samples is ~64 s (BOR) and ~0.0005 s (ROI) respectively. Both time series data and frequency spectra of the time series are included.  Spectra are performed with a 512-point hanning window, with 7/8 overlap and consist of 256 linear frequencies between 0 and 256 Hz.</Description>
